stream Tundrastomper's new EP "Clean It Up" via Post-Trash

we're thrilled to be sharing a full stream of Tundrastomper's new EP Clean It Up via the incredible folks at Post-Trash today. Clean It Up finds Tundra in full go-mode, full of their chaotic brand of beauty, never calm but always fascinating.

Dan Goldin says: From the first shuffling moments of album opener "Sweet Baby Boy" to the close of "Patch It Up," the band opt out of playing it "cool," instead indulging the listener (and themselves) with a blizzard of convulsing rhythms and guitars that cut directly through the tangled splendor. Sonic freakouts abound, and every song takes its own approach to their madness. "Sweet Baby Boy" has a collapsing free jazz vibe, dropping in and out of technical bliss (seriously, the rhythm section is unbelievable), switching between tempos and movements in the blink of an eye. "How Very Nice" opts for a deranged sort of pop approach, grinding out liquid rhythms and elastic riffs with a sunny vibe, occasionally taking an opportunity to smash everything directly into a wall or two."

stream Jack's "Alchemical Rounds" in full via GoldFlakePaint

its here! you can stream Jack's first full length record Alchemical Rounds today via GoldFlakePaint! we love this record so so much, and we promise its worth a listen!

Tom from GFP says: "A crushing, heavy, adventurous record, Alchemical Rounds isn’t an easy listen but nothing pulled from roots such as these ever was. It asks questions it can’t answer, it bellows answers you might come to doubt, it throws desires in to the night sky, knowing there isn’t any follow-up, the words scattering like a rabid firework, flashing bright and gone forever: “I’m so tired of boxes. I’m so tired of different homes.” For all of its harrowing nature, it’s mightily impressive regardless; a record steeped in the charged and explosive by-product of relationships, from the bitter crumbs left behind to harden, to its swaying and woozy dramatical stance, a posture that will undoubtedly mean the world to those who find solace in its rugged, uncomfortable embrace."
